Refund Policy
DEEF.AI sells digital credits ("scan credits") that are consumed when you run a Neural Deep Scan. Because credits are digital and consumable, the following policy applies. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem.
1. Unused credit packs — 14-day refund
If you have not used any of the credits in a pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.
2. Partially used packs
Once one or more credits in a pack have been consumed, the pack is generally non-refundable. If something went wrong, contact us — we review reasonable requests case by case.
3. Trial pack
The $1 Trial Pack is a one-time, low-cost entry offer and is non-refundable.
4. Failed, duplicate, or unauthorized charges
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or did not receive your license key, we will fully refund or re-deliver. Contact us first — most issues are resolved within one business day.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@deef.ai with your purchase email and/or checkout / order ID (from your Creem receipt). We'll confirm eligibility and process the refund through Creem. Refunds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the associated license being disabled.

DEEF.AI 销售的是数字次数("扫描次数 / credits"),在你运行神经深度扫描时被消耗。由于次数属于数字且可消耗商品,适用以下政策。支付与退款均由我们的 Merchant of Record Creem 处理。
1. 未使用的次数包 —— 14 天退款
若某个次数包中的次数一次都未使用,你可在购买后 14 天内申请全额退款。我们将按原支付方式全额退回。
2. 已部分使用的次数包
一旦次数包中已消耗一次或多次,该包通常不予退款。如确有异常,请联系我们——我们会就合理请求逐案审核。
3. 体验包
$1 体验包为一次性、低价的入门优惠,不予退款。
4. 扣款失败、重复或未授权扣款
若发生误扣、重复扣款或你未收到卡密,我们将全额退款或重新交付。请先联系我们——多数问题可在一个工作日内解决。
5. 如何申请退款
请发邮件至 hello@deef.ai,并提供你的购买邮箱和/或 checkout / 订单 ID(见 Creem 收据)。我们将确认资格并通过 Creem 处理退款。退款通常会在 5–10 个工作日内退回原支付方式,具体取决于你的银行或支付机构。
6. 拒付(Chargeback)
在发起拒付前请先联系我们——直接处理通常更快。恶意拒付可能导致相关卡密被停用。
